TCG has REALLY turned their business around!

The Courier Guy has really turned their business around. I'm so impressed with their new systems and efficient management of my business' domestic shipping needs! They use to have an antiquated and difficult system to work with, but the new modern interface keeps myself and my customers well informed of every movement of my shipping requests. They need to be applauded for the update.

Improvements still REALLY need to be made to their response times on customer inquires and such, but I think they are on the right track with what they are doing and I really hope they continue to grow.
