TCG DAMAGES YOUR PARCELS AND STILL MAKES YOU PAY!!

I send parcels with the courier guy every single week without fail, and they've damaged some packages which got rejected at Takealot due to the damage and had to be sent back, I emailed and they don't take accountability and still made me pay to send my damaged package back to me - I lost an order, got a negative strike on my Takealot account and they don't care - I would never again recommend anyone use TCG for Takealot - go with FastWay instead, they take accountability and try to fix the errors they've made
