TCG - 1 November 2024 Price Increase Must Fall

To be clear - this review is solely based on the new ridiculous price increase. I cannot fault TCG on their service, their parcels arrive on time and in good condition.

However, the new price increase is outrageous. Just last month I paid R651 for a delivery from Cape Town to Mossel Bay, yesterday exactly a month after I was charged R1160 for the same delivery (same boxes sizes and same weight). Come to think of it, It would've been cheaper to drive there myself.

My company and clients can unfortunately not justify paying this much for delivery. We are currently looking for an alternative Courier Service.

We have been with TCG for years and making the decision to leave has been forced on us by their prices. Hoping that TCG takes it's clients into consideration.
