My husband had a package delivered to this work address. The courier pressed the door bell which no one heared because they were outside. He left a note. The administrator got the note moments later and phoned-she could still hear the vehicles engine. She told him to turn around and he said no he would come back later. He even took a photo. My husband then phoned the the company and requested that I pick up the package rather at a certain time. They confirmed. When I arrived the package wasn't there. The young lady that worked there had so many excuses and she even interrupted me and the older lady who wanted to explain the situation to her because she clearly didn't listen to neither of us. This young girl only spoke and defended the driver. Never did she apologize for confirming that I can come and collect the package and that it wasn't there. My husband later picked it up himself. The driver should have waited for the tge administrator to open the door-he left so quickly as per the camera footage.
