Taking your money without your consent.

If you have an account with The Courier Guy, they will often overcharge you for a package and then blame it on the SWAD automatic measuring machine. It has happened to me probably over 30 times now. They take your money without your consent. There is a word for this. Unfortunately, hellopeter will 'star' it out if I use this word. But their actions amount to pilfering. I have told them numerous times that I DO NOT consent to them taking my money without my permission. I have requested that in the event of a discrepency that they measure the parcel manually before just taking my money. They have never comp****. I have never been wrong and after a lengthy argument I do eventually get refunded. Their machine is always wrong, and always works in their favour. If they overcharged R59.00 a thousand times each day, they are taking R59000.00 from innocent people. This should be investigated.
