Taking money for nothing

1. Got a quote for a parcel to be shipped to UAE. 2. Paid for credit on the website based on the quote. 3. Courier guy picked up parcels and then told me they couldn't deliver 4. Returned parcel and charged me R105 5. 2 months later and I'm still trying to get my credit refunded.

The Courier Guy must have known the parcel couldn't be shipped BEFORE they picked it up. They weren't able to say why they charged me for their mistake of collecting and dropping off my parcel and refused to refund me the R105. It's not about the money. It's the principle.
