Shocking service! I ordered "THIS WAY UP" stickers from stationery dept. When they came to fetch my parcel they didnt have the stickers with them. They said they would be back "later" they did not come back at all. Arrived this morning with the wrong stickers again!!! My parcels that should have left yesterday for Durban and Cape Town are still sitting in my garage due to the sticker situation. After speaking to 3 different people I was told that they will be back this afternoon with the correct stickers!!! Unacceptable for something so simple, my clients are now going to receive their parcels late due to total incompetence from The Courier Guy!
