System sucks

The process sucks. Go through the whole schlep to fill in all the detail, THEN get told you do not have enough credit. You get credit, then have to fill in everything again. Now you need to select the box size with NO indication on the boxes which is which. Select the one only to find out the credit you loaded isn't enough for that box. Nice, let's start all over again. Eventually when all is done - there is no space for the box you just paid for!!!! Do the WhatsApp help - almost 15 minutes later you get a response - WOW! Drove to another setting, and it gives me an error! After getting the error, as I turned around to leave, the box opens??? Doing the survey after - guess what "error 404" Own survey is a total mess! Yes, their system sucks!
