Suzette from PE Hub is brilliant!

I would like to give Suzette at the PE Hub a shout out for excellent service. She thinks for herself and does not need to be prompted. She organised for my parcel collection on a public holiday to be moved from the hub to the kiosk even though I was willing to fetch it at the hub. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
