Suspected Internal mole with subsequent ***** within the company

On numerous occasions now we have experienced that as soon as a package is being received by the company for delivery to myself or my family, we receive a message to pay some release money for fast service. This is obviously a **** within The courier guy where internal leaks occur and the people expecting a package believe this is legit service fee payments. This should be addressed. I have raised it within an email to them but there was no response up till now form The courier guy company. I suggest to restore your ethics, you should address this issue.
