Support at courier guy is the worst ever

I opened a new account. They can sell ice in winter but can’t deliver service. I am unable to follow up to track a parcel through a support Center. My customer waited the entire day and nobody called him. I been advised in the beginning before signing up that I will be contacted if there is any issue. I am reverting back to Postnet. Never had as issue with them
