Superior Customer Experience from Amahle

Today I found myself in tears because of the customer experience/service delivered by Amahle at the JEWEL CITY kiosk.

Immediately when the truck arrived a few minutes before 17h00, Amahle said to the gents 'please don't forget the car engine, please put it at the back before you say there's no space'. One of the gents who came with the truck responded and said 'who exactly is supposed to do that?'. Amahle's response was 'who ever is available to do so'. The very same gent said they would not be able to as they did not have whatever instrument is needed to pull heavy items I would assume.

I handed over my flyers to be checked and when I turned around Amahle had wooden planks and a heavy duty trolley. With the assistance of another gent who works at that kiosk they pushed the very heavy engine out of the store. To their surprise it was raining and Amahle slipped and fell with others even laughing at him but this young man got up, dusted himself and continued to the truck.

Amahle in the absence of the owner of that parcel made sure that rain or no rain, chainsaw or no chainsaw that parcel is getting on that truck. As soon as he was done with that engine he dashed in and assisted another client, I think it was her first time there as she struggled to complete the waybill. I couldn't help my tears which fell as I watched the pure dedication and heart of this young man. Your kiosk is in safe and capable hands without a doubt.
