Super service to resolve my mistake

I am constantly blown away by the service level I receive from The Courier Guy. Today was no exception, I messed up and sent a parcel to the wrong locker. A quick call to their call centre (big shoutout to Crystal!!!) who resolved it, and redirected to the correct address. I think the parcel locker is totally inspired, it is super easy to use and so convenient. Thanks!!!!
