Super annoyed

I had an overnight parcel from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. At first they said parcel was delivered and no one at home which is a lie because I have security guards at the gate. Then they said my parcel was taken by a Walmer driver instead of Summerstrand driver is that my problem. I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT, What was the purpose if it doesn't get delivered. Now they calling to ask if they can deliver the following day, I mean this is so annoying
