Sub standard service from the Courier Guy's agents

I placed an order on YellowSubTrading. They work with the Courier Guy. I even paid for same day delivery on Wednesday - 04 March 2026. The delivery has not taken place, instead the Courier Guy decided to send my order to George, instead of Sandton. The dress came from Pretoria, it went to their JHB hub, how then did it move from that hub to George? I need this order today 06 March for an event that starts at 8pm. The operations manager that I spoke to advised there's nothing he can do, accept arrange for delivery to take place tomorrow and he can't confirm the time, as he doesn't work with the drivers. Nobody has made contact to even help me get an alternative way of getting my dress to Sandton today. I must now spend more money finding another dress.
