Street Gym Delivery from The Courier Guy

I had a delivery from Street Gym. It was being delivered by The Courier Guy and when I tell you the guy delivering my parcel (Ashwin) was the worst ever. I reside in Delft, so obviously my delivery would be Delft right. So, Ashwin calls me at 09:29, he calls me from a different number (not the one listed on the delivery email). He proceeds in asking me if I could meet him at Delft Mall, because apparently they don't do deliveries within Delft because it is high risk. Obviously I'm getting irritated at this point because this is an inconvenience. Why accept a delivery when you can see the delivery address. So, as I get irritated, Ashwin starts shouting at me and raising his voice having the nerve to ask me "Why am I going on like this". For a well known Courier Company, the customer service from your delivery guys is PATHETIC.
