****** product and no consequences

Absolutely the worst service ever! I arranged a parcel to be delivered to a family member via courier guy, and there is a very tiny button to add insurance which I completely missed. The box on its way for delivery was opened (have pictures as proof) and product ****** out of the box (7 items out of 25 were taken!) calling the Courier Guy is ridiculous as they do not answer their phones. Then via email they ask for all information including invoices which was provided and then proceeds to respond there is nothing they can do and no claim because I hadn’t taken the insurance (which I completely missed) but there was no apology, no investigation as to who took my product, and basically it seems they know which deliveries don’t have insurance so they can proceed to ***** and have no consequences! Absolutely worst and I will never do business with this company again and will also warn others that this is possible, You can have all the proof that they have ****** from you and they will not do anything about it!
