Stock missing ***

They delivered ou parcel to the wrong address, their driver was in the area last week and they were suppose to resolve the issue but all they are saying is that the querie has been escalated. Our customer is not happy. We need to resolve this issue. What happens if Courier Guy can't find the place they delivered to? Will they pay for the stock?
