Still waiting order..

Ordered something online, the package was sent from Cape Town. Arrived in JHB, Shipped out the next morning and went back to depot. Next day, the same thing. Goes out to be delivered then goes back to depot. I try and contact people, but each day they just tell me I will have my package at the end of the day. Here we are many days later, and still, no package. Horrible courier service and horrible client service.
