Still waiting

Ive had package ship a week ago from p.e to jhb along with a package to cape town ,the package arrived in cpt two days as im still waiting for my package in jhb I was told my package is missing then was told they found it but the package is too large en is stuck in the locker and been waitin two days for technical assistance to get it out without any update on when I will receive my package wich is a complete inconvenience to me as I was told I would receive it in 3 - 4 days wich is now a complete set back for me,will I get my package- I dont know! Will their be any repercussions for " the courier guy" - no cause its no loss to them,its not fair how these corporations can get away with ****** cause you person,I hope people boycott their services in the future and use a company that has more regard for the customers
