STEER CLEAR OF THIS MISERY OF A COMPANY

Steer clear of this misery of a company. The Courier Guy has no payments department anymore. You cannot speak to Support and everytime you manage to actually get through to someone (who all have pathetic attitudes btw like Kate Nhlapo), they give you different versions of "the truth". Their new "system" is an absolute mess. Nobody knows when account balances are updated. Some say once a day. Some say twice a day. Even when you pay and clear immediately, you have to wait 24hrs for their new "system" to update accounts. It's beyond pathetic. The customer services is beyond pathetic and I advise to stay away from this joke of a company with their staff who sound like 1) it's an effort to be alive and 2) sounds like they are doing you a favour to speak to you.
