*****ing money? Or just too lazy?

I have an account with the Courier Guy and I have been waiting 3 week for credits to be passed on my account. Both Deon and Heinrich area managers are making empty promises that credits will be passed daily only for Ntuli to respond with "ehhh sorry I'm too busy, I have to much work load I will do it when I have time." if the courier guy admin staff has too much work and can't cope with their couriers booked then why take on any more business?? Why do you take my money if you can't actually handle the work load? I demand my credits to be passed on my account immediatly so I can start working. How the hell am I suppose to get parcels to my clients with an account being frozen for 3 weeks due to the courier guys mess!!!!! This is unprofessional and unacceptable!
