Stay away from The Courier Guy - one of my worst experiences ever with a service provider.

It took me three hours today to send one tiny parcel via The Courier Guy. I created 3 different accounts - none accepted the password I entered neither did it send a reset link. Finally somebody help to get one working. But then if refused to acknowledge the cell number I put in. Then I discovered the only way I can pay is by EFT. And the latter needs to show in their account before they will honour my request for collect a tiny parcel. It is one of my worst experiences EVER with any company. I never had problems with The Courier Guy before but something seriously has changed in the company. It has been an absolute nightmare. Now the challenge is to see whether any action will be taken after they received my money into their account. I might get back with yet a further review of dismal service by them. Warning to all: find a different courier company. Unfortunately Pudo is directly linked to The Courier Guy!
