Stay away from The Courier Guy.

I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received from The Courier Guy on a parcel which was sent to me. The parcel was sent from a destination in the Western Cape, according to the tracking updates, Paarl. It was suppose to reach me within a day as it was sent on a Wednesday. I followed up on the Friday that followed after being sent back and forth between branches and was told it will be delivered on the coming Monday. I followed up again after it was not delivered and again I was directed between branches which led me to write this review. The big slap iny face is that parcels which was sent from the same destination reached the their recipients outside Western Cape, namely Johannesburg, by the Friday whereas I am still waiting on mine, who is based in Western Cape. What upset me the most is how nobody was able to give me an update ony parcel, and if I do call, I'm on hold for over 20 minutes.
