Stay away from The Courier Guy

I gave The Courier Guy instructions via their system to pick up 4 items from a supplier. The supplier handed the items without my knowledge to TCG in an oversized box because TCG are known for losing items. This gave TCG an opportunity to overcharge me for an oversized box instead of just couriering the 4 items I instructed them to do so. I will not be doing business with The Courier Guy again. Creating an account with funds in the account was a big mistake. It gives them the opportunity to overcharge you without following instructions. It's essentially *****ing. They took R2000 from my account for a service that should have cost less than R200 had they followed my instructions.

When I contacted them they were dismissive accepting no responsibility. I went all the way up to the MD and still not even a concession. They would rather lose a customer and deal with negative reviews.
