Stay away from Courier Guy Jeffreysbay

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this courier branch in Jeffreys Bay. Although their phones are clearly working, every single time I call, the phone is simply picked up and then immediately put down in my ear. This has happened repeatedly, not just once. There is absolutely no attempt at basic communication or courtesy. It would take only a few seconds to say, “We’re busy, please call back later,” but instead, customers are treated with complete disregard. This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. What makes this even worse is that my parcel is urgent and requires refrigeration. The lack of communication is not just frustrating—it’s potentially damaging, as I need to access this parcel as soon as possible. This level of customer service is simply not acceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue urgently, because right now, it feels like customers are being ignored completely
