STAY AWAY FROM COURIER GUY

The most pathetic courier company in South Africa. I was sent a sms that my parcel is out for delivery the 1st of September 2023 with a password I should give the delivery person. After planning OUR LIFES around the delivery so someone can be at home, today is the 5th of September and the parcell has still not arived. When I track the parcel it just shows in transit with the last update on the parcel whereabouts on courier guys website not updated since 1 September. This is our property that we entrust a "professional" company with yet I cant even tell where my parcel is or if it will even be delivered at all. I phoned Courier guy twice, and lodged electronic communication with them more then 3 times. To cut it short, I still don't know where my parcel is. STAY AWAY FROM THE COURIER GUY
