STAY AWAY

Worst service EVER. NEVER use this company. I logged a delivery and paid R800 for a Saturday pickup. Money was taken. I waited a whole week only to be told that the area does not allow for a Saturday pickup. Now i am trying to get a refund and they want a letter with my signature stating the reasons why???? Really after you f@&$ed up. A copy of my ID, proof of my banking details and a copy of the bank statement where the transaction was made from bearing in my mind that i paid with a credit card, will only get a statement in a month’s time. I am LIVID with this ****
