Stay away

Had courier guy collect a parcel for me which was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 5 Dec. Package never came and received no communication from their side. Went to their Rustenburg branch on Saterday and was told they are closed (11h00 in the morning). Now the problem is the delivery address is a bisiness wich is now closed for Dec. I feel I payd for a service that was not met and don't even know where my package is at the moment. Would never in my live recommend them to anyone.
