Stay away !!!!!!

If you’d like you parcel to be mishandled and no care or responsibility taken on the courier guys side, stay away from them.

They firstly as a courier company sent my parcel to Durban instead of P.E. Then took 2 whole weeks to get it to P.E, only to be asked if I’d like to deliver a damaged parcel to my client. What do you think? Would you like to receive a damaged parcel. Return the parcel obviously!!! this took another 7 days to get back to us and just dropped with no responsibility taken .

Then to try and sort this out is a whole process in itself . To find someone you can speak to is so draining it’s like they want you to give up.

My parcel is valued at 26k, the damages caused was R5000 beside the transport paid. Then they have the cheek to tell me they only refunding half of the transport cost on an item that they damaged. And this is secured in a proper crate and then also wrapped, besides the actual item being wrapped before going it the crate.

If you value your clients and your businesses reputation stay away from these guys they have no regard for your items.
