Stay away

I have used The Courier Guy for a couple of years but they have made sure that I never make that mistake again. Over time I had a couple of incidents where the the box in which the goods were packed, were completely destroyed. One should think the main objective of any Courier company will be to handle the parcel they are paid for, with care. The last parcel had fragile content and the box was marked all over. The box was received by the customer broken by something sharp penetrating the box and thus destroying the content. The response of The Courier Guy is that bubble wrap would have prevented the damage. Maybe they must use steel cages for every parcel? Thank you Courier Guy for showing your real colour's!
