STAY AWAY!!

<p>We had a Yellowwood table top repaired by the Factory in Eastern Cape, and returned to us by The Courier Guy to Bloemfontein.</p> <p>The table arrived in a shocking state - all 4 corners damaged beyond repair, at least 1 corner even cracked and broken .... Sides had holes in them / gouges out of the wood.</p> <p>What does Bloemfontein branch say? - "Our wood expert says the table could not have been damaged like that during transit" - How then? Only you had it ...</p> <p>We mailed the head office in Johannesburg - and no surprises - they didn't even bother to answer.</p> <p>After we refused to take the table top, they still delivered to our house anyway - and now we have a broken table top which cannot be repaired.</p> <p>So - If you value your goods, please stay away from The Courier Guy - we learnt the hard way ....</p>
