Solar Panel sadness :(

After all this time The Courier Guy can still not do a proper Solar Panel delivery. Even when 4 panels only are strapped securely onto a pallet they have the ability to break it. Why do the collection if they can see a problem. Surely the drivers of the vehicles gets training on certain items and how they should be packaged and handled?
