So unprofessional

I told that the Courier Guy will deliver my Router,I have been calling their office and I was told that they have my Router but they can't tell me when to deliver it,,I will be contacted by the delivery driver when they come.The fibre was installed in my house without Router and already money have been deducted on my account without any Please deliver my Router.
