OMG I am trying to get an answer out of your BOT. 40 minutes later and nothing. A simple basic, fundamental question. They just don't even bother to answer when you ask for a human. This is really so sad because they did used to be an excellent company but this new system is just horrific. I had hoped it would improve now 6 weeks later, but alas...... It is an exercise in stress management and patience. I will unfortunately need to find a decent courier company going forward.
