So disappointed

TCG have messed up our parcels 3 times this month & take no responsibility & say we don't package properly, despite the fact that we have sent detailed pics on our CORRECT packaging. All they do is say sorry check the T's & C's. NO customer service as is BOBGO who they fall under & are our "suppliers" . So very disappointed in their service. Used to be great - no more
