Snatcher and The Courier Guy not delivering parcels and orders

I ordered from Snatcher on 16/04/2018, there delivery states 7-10 working days. After inquiring why the order was taking so long, I was then given Store Credit for the amount of the item that was out of stock and this took place on 03/05/2018. After not receiving my parcel this week, I have been emailing and phoning. When I phoned Snatcher I was advised that The Courier Guy will be picking up the parcel from dispatch and delivery should be the following day. I contacted The Courier Guy yesterday and was transferred to the person in charge of the area where I live. I was advised that should the parcel not be delivered by 12.00 today I should contact him and he would follow up. I contacted him seen as no parcel arrived and he said he would investigate and get back to me. After receiving no feedback I contacted him again after 14.30 and he said that I should give him the name of a person I spoke to at Snatcher and he would investigate. When I told him the parcel was waiting to be picked up he said then why is Snatcher not giving them the parcels because they collect twice a day. I phoned Snatcher again at 15.00 and was told that I would be called back in 5 minutes. Well I am still waiting for my call and my parcel. The amount of the order is R2438.00. My shipping I paid was R79.00. When I requested the person at The Courier Guy to take down the tracking number he requested a contact person who I spoke to at Snatcher. Please help me to get my parcel delivered. I have not given names of the people whom I have contacted but I do have them at my disposal.
