Snail service ****

I emailed their booking department explaining I have an existing account with credit. They responded I cannot make an online booking with my credit. So I booked an OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPMENT on their system and paid the amount quoted. When I explained it is a tender document Lourika rep**** that I must pay EXTRA R115, which I paid. The document was collected 2 December. I then receive and email stating that the document was delivered 7 December, 5 days after collection. What is the tender surcharge for if no special attention is given? Why do they claim express service when it takes 5 days? This service is a lie and totally unacceptable. This company contravened every aspect of the Consumer Act.
