Smoking in the store

I have never had a bad experience where their service and employees are concerned. I would just to bring to their attention a continuous problem that I am facing at their Ladybrand Branch. I have complained several times but the manager there just laughs.

He comfortably smokes in the office, that branch smells like a sheeben and when you leave the place your clothes are stained with the smell of cigarettes.

When he attempts to smoke outside, he stands right by the door and that does not help anything.
