Smoking Driver, No Pin, Ruined My Day

Unfortunately, we can't choose to NOT use Courier Guy as it's the choice of the Shipper. Today I had my 3rd bad experience with CG.

So I received my delivery this morning. The driver was smoking a cigarette while he handed me my parcels, then he asked for a pin, which I did not receive. He then kept me in the street for 10 minutes and said that he has to have a pin number. While smoking, he resent the pin to my phone, which I still haven't received! He then gave me a number of someone called "Mungi" and I had to send him the pin when I receive it. As I'm writing this, I still haven't received a pin (I know I keep repeating this).

The other issues I had with CG was that they delivered my parcel 3am to somewhere and I had to phone around and try convince CG that I had not received my parcel at 3am! Their systems are notoriously buggy!

Anyway, I contacted CG's Whatsapp support to tell them I need a pin to send to Mungi. All they did was say: "The parcel was delivered with signed POD(proof of delivery)". Yes, I know it was delivered. That was followed by: "You won't receive a pin if there is a POD". So why doesn't the driver know this??

My 3rd CG issue was that we sent baby clothes to my sister-in-law. Guess what happened this time! Their vehicle burned down!! Probably shouldn't let your drivers smoke while doing deliveries ne!
