Smashed parcel

A parcel containing sunglasses valued at about R2000 that came to me via another courier company was forwarded to a customer less than 100km away in the same packaging via TCG. It arrived at it's destination completely smashed. The cardboard box was torn and flattened as if someone had jumped on it. TCG said it was our fault and their insurance won't cover it.
