Slump in service

I have been using The Courier Guy for more than a year with excellent and very efficient service ,suddenly in this last week because of the suddenly unexpected bad service I have an order cancelled by Take a Lot and the next day a late delivery to Take a Lot! What has suddenly happened to their excellent service?Change of Management or not adapting to the growth?
