if there was an option to not even give a star I'd take it, My experience with them has been horrible!!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and they claim it had to waybills on it, now tell me what kind of driver decides which address it goes to? what kind of driver does not call before delivery.. long story short its been 4 days still no resolution, they are slow and don't even call back customers for feedback.

I've been calling them everyday, even requesting that I fetch the parcel myself before it goes missing and I'm sure their replacement will take ages as well as I've seen on the reviews.. DO NOT USE THEM! EVER !!!!!!!!!!
