Slow to deliver but fast to demand delivery fee

Since I have ordered on Leroy for my head board it's been 14 days since I have been waiting for my order I don't understand why The courier guy doesn't outsource if they feel like dragging people's items saves them money where else they charge for delivery I am so disappointed If I ever intend on buying something I will most definitely enquire who the courier is so that I don't bother buying.
