Slow delivery

Booked a small package in at Boksburg on a Thursday 10:30 in the morning and asked for overnight to Cape Town. The invoice had OVN written and paid for overnight. On Saturday 14:00 it was not delivered yet. Help line was very slow on Saturday. Turned out it was booked economy 4 to 5 days
