Siyamthanda Nochokvu Game changer

For the past couple of days I have been contacting The courier guy company firstly i spoke to a guy and asked him to call me back if the call cuts as I had 3 parcels that when I was tracking them down they said that the were in the locker but I was never sent any emails nor sms with PIN numbers so I can go collect and the guy didn’t not call be back…then I called again and spoke to a lady named Marissa and say things happened and she didn’t call me back nor solve my query.

03 Sep I received a call from a consultant who was so friendly and helpful her name was Siyamthanda Nochokvu ohhh! What a breath of fresh air she is…so I gave her all 3 of my waybill numbers for the 3 parcels and she was able to track them down and assist.
