Rather use Uber Connect for small parcels in metros because Courier Guy sucks. Poor customer service. I called 5 times and every time I’m told to hold and the call is dropped. They have my details and they don’t call back, proving that the call was dropped deliberately. No manners on the call whatsoever. They should not be in business because they can’t serve customers.
