Shoddy, unprofessional Company

Having paid a deposit and completed the necessary forms, The Courier Guy has still not collected the parcel - more than ten days, later.

I have not had any response to my mails asking what is happening and the woman who was dealing with my account (Deirdre) is not available to take my call.

I have sent a mail to all on the addressee list (four people on the email chain who work for The Courier Guy) requesting that my Account be cancelled and that I immediately be reimbursed in full.

All I got in response was an automated reply stating the prerequisites of collection.

Completely dissatisfied with this shoddy treatment of a new Customer.
