Shockingly Poor Service

My rating is based on the Takealot service they are offering. Both stars are actually for their Cape Town team, coz unfortunately their Jhb team received a score so low its not even worth mentioning! Request an overnight service way before the Takealot due date (which you are billed for) but the package is booked in way after if not late, at Takealot. Trying to resolve a matter with them is a nightmare on its own. Truely not worth the R2 they are cheaper than the other courier service - shockingly poor service and I'll definitely not recommend them for any parcels from Cpt to Jhb.
