Shockingly lousy customer service

Absolutely appalling service. This is now the 3rd parcel I've tried to get delivered from them and sruggled. This last time my parcel was collected on the 29th December, got taken to Lydenburg for some reason. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday,never came. No communication from them only a rude email this morning saying if I dont contact them its being returned to sender. Trying to contact them is near impossible, emails unanswered, whattsapp may as well be non existent and the phone number on there website no longer exists. 3rd Time!! And as for the Kiosk I had something delivered there collected 1 parcel (there was supposed to be 2) asked for the second one "no theres no second one". Long story short. The second one was there, the lady helping me just couldn't be bothered to go and check. Absolutely lousy customer service. Will not be using them again!
